While walking, I saw a store with dumplings, Jichun Store, which was exactly what I wanted to eat. The dumplings were so delicious. Cunzheng’s Northeastern Dumpling Store was not very big, but it was very clean and comfortable. I liked it so much that I made the decision. This is where I have my lunch. There are many traditional Chinese delicacies. Don’t worry, let’s taste them.

I had it for lunch! There were three types of lunch, but this time I ordered the B lunch, which comes with 5 gyoza, large pickles, Chinese soup, and side dishes as shown in the photo! Today's side dish was mapo tofu! (It was authentic Chinese mapo tofu!) There was a sign on the table that said, ``Eat first as is,'' so I ate the second one as is. The ingredients and skin were seasoned, so it was really delicious as is! However, I couldn't overcome the magic of chili oil, vinegar, and soy sauce, so I had to add the sauce on the third piece, but both are delicious as is or with sauce!

After receiving your order, they will stretch the dough and wrap the filling. Therefore, you may have to wait a little while, but enjoy the wait by drinking some Shaoxing wine along with some homemade zha cai. There is a Kokuryo 8-chome bus stop in front of the store, and even small children won't get tired of waiting and watching the buses come and go and the passengers getting on and off. I think 20 Yoshiharu Gyoza and 10 Yoshiharu Sui Gyoza plus some oil and leeks will be enough for two adults. The dough is chewy and the filling is juicy and full of flavor. You can really have as many as you like. As mentioned above, it takes time to order additional gyoza, so take a bite and it's delicious! If you think so, I think it's better to add it immediately. I think both the husband and his wife have a soft demeanor and excellent customer service. Since it is a small restaurant, it is often full, so we recommend that you reserve a seat by phone.
