Revisited after a month. I visited on a Saturday afternoon when the store was open. Zero customers before and after customers. I had the daily half-fried rice set (mabo noodles on Saturday), tanmen, and gyoza. The mapo noodles are sweet, but they are sprinkled with crushed pepper, which makes them quite spicy. Tanmen is the classic tanmen with a quick vegetable flavor. Gyoza is delicious as always. I'll come back later. ---Past posts I went to pole position on Sunday noon, 5 minutes before opening time. We were the only ones waiting when the store opened. There were 3 customers after opening on time. I had tantanmen and stir-fried vegetable ramen with noodles, and gyoza. Tantanmen with beaten egg typical of Kawasaki. It looks mild, but the spiciness comes quite a bit, probably because they use regular ingredients. The salty taste was very exquisite, and the minced garlic had a good effect, and I thought it was at a much higher level than anything I've eaten at Kawasaki Tantan, a Chinese restaurant in town, so far. The stir-fried vegetable ramen is made with the essence of stir-fried vegetables mixed with soy sauce soup, making it a classic delicious dish. The gyoza are crispy and juicy.I don't often think, "Wow!" when I think of gyoza, but as expected from the name of the restaurant, these were delicious. The price is cheap, and I wonder if they'll do frozen take-out.

It was nostalgic, strong and very delicious. I want to go again because the menu is abundant.
