More Comments at Google MapVisited around 11:30 on a holiday in November 2023. There is a counter seat that can seat 5 people, and a small raised table with about 3 dining tables. There is one customer. I took a seat at the counter and ordered the ``Yakiniku bowl set'' for 900 yen from the menu posted on the wall. It takes about 8 minutes to be served. The ramen is served with black soy sauce, and when you slurp the soup, you can smell the aroma of the dried sardines. The balance between the meat-based stock and the soy sauce is perfect, and you won't be able to stop eating the soup for a while. The noodles are a little thick and have a chewy, soft texture, but they also have a slight elasticity so they don't go down easily in your throat. When you bite into the roast chashu, the flavor of the meat comes out. So close your eyes and meditate while enjoying it. The yakiniku bowl has a wonderful aroma of burnt lard and sauce. The sweet and mellow flavor of the sauce hits your brain stem. The pork is a loin cut and is cut into very thin pieces, but it has just the right texture and is easy to eat. It also has plenty of onions, giving it a natural sweetness. The meat, onions, and rice come together harmoniously and are devoured in a microcosm of a bowl. The seasoning is mellow, so you won't get bored until the end, and even if you get a little tired, the dried sardine soup will reset you. Thank you for your meal. I think your husband is a very skilled cook. I would like to try other menu items as well.
As usual, I ordered fried dumplings and fried rice. I still love the gyoza here. I love it so much that I always order fried gyoza, but sometimes I'll order boiled gyoza.
Just the other day, I visited through a connection with someone who works at the store. It was very delicious! My recommendations are miso ramen and gyoza.
