Prob the best Chinese restaurant ive ever been in Japan!
A restaurant where you can eat "Chinese food tailored to Japanese people." First of all, the main characteristic of the customers that attract this restaurant is that they have a selfish desire to eat something a little different, but they don't want it to be too outlandish. If you're serious about stability, go to Osho, and if you're serious about Chinese food, you should go to Ikebukuro or Nishikawaguchi and eat some serious Chinese food. Instead, this is a restaurant for the sensitive Japanese who want to eat Chinese food, but really want to eat Chinese food. If you've eaten real Chinese food, you'll know that real Chinese food has a strong flavor, is full of oil, and has a slight smell of meat. That may be just right for Chinese people, but it's too harsh for Japanese people. That's why Japanese-style Chinese cuisine, such as Hidakaya and Ohsho, was born, and although it's delicious, it's a little lacking in excitement. This restaurant is a version of authentic Chinese food made a little more friendly to Japanese people. This time I ordered mapo tofu, but it wasn't spicy enough for me, who has no tolerance for spiciness, to finish it all. However, it wasn't delicious at all; the pepper had a nice kick to it and it was stimulating, but it had a rather rich flavor. The spiciness is modest, so if you're looking for more spiciness, pour some chili oil on the table. I'm just glad I didn't have to call it. I'm also happy that the amount is basically large. Last time I ordered rice with beef sauce, I had a light food fight. And the price isn't too high either. It's not cheap compared to chain stores, but don't worry, you'll get plenty of it. In fact, this store has been in a prime location in front of Kawaguchi Station for 10 years, so if you're a new customer and are wondering whether to enter based on that information, I think you should give it a try. Overall, it's a good restaurant that maintains its Chinese identity while making adjustments for Japanese customers. You won't regret it if you try it when you say, "I want to eat a lot today!" One last thing to note: The people making the food and taking orders are basically Chinese, so it's noisy. It's better to think of it as a cost to eat delicious Chinese food and give up. I'm not saying that all Chinese people are noisy, but the Chinese people at Chinese restaurants are always noisy. If that doesn't work, I'll take Uber even though it's expensive.
