I used it after work. This is a roadside izakaya located about 10 minutes walk from Hachioji Station. As it claims to be a gyoza bar, they have a wide variety of gyoza, including not only orthodox gyoza but also garlic gyoza, boiled gyoza, and boiled gyoza. This time I ordered Tokyo Gyoza and Garlic Gyoza. Both dumplings came with wings and were piping hot. The meat is very juicy with plenty of juice, and the garlic gyoza has a strong garlic flavor that goes very well with alcohol. Also, the fact that it is filled with bean paste is a big plus. We also had fried chicken and cheddar cheese fries. The fried chicken has a lot of flavor and is freshly fried and quite juicy. It also came with grated ponzu sauce, so I tried it and the refreshing taste of the grated ponzu sauce went really well with it! Each piece is so big that I feel satisfied! Cheddar cheese fries work well with the strong flavor of cheddar cheese, which also goes well with beer...! I really enjoyed not only the food and drinks, but also the service, as they served drinks in huge mugs, which is irresistible for people who like alcohol, and if you won a game of rock-paper-scissors with the staff, you were given a free drink. There are so many types of gyoza that it can be confusing. I guess the type is gyoza with wings? My personal recommendation is the basic black pork gyoza.
