I had ramen and gyoza in a special seat in front of the stove. It was a ramen that said, ``This is city Chinese ramen!'' The fried gyoza is a little larger, the skin is a little thicker, the filling is juicy, and the flavor of the vegetables and meat is high. It's been a long time since I've been to a Chinese restaurant in town, so I was excited from the moment I entered the restaurant, but I loved everything about the menu, the atmosphere in the kitchen, the customer base, the wife who kept the restaurant clean, and the owner who served hot pots. It's a real street Chinese restaurant with everything you need. If you like it, please stop by at least once. Next time I'll order my favorite mapo ramen or curry ramen and fried rice. Maybe half fried rice and gyoza would be okay...

I was shocked by the fried rice. It's been a while since I've had fried rice that goes so well with a spoon. Maybe it's the saltiness, but it's definitely more delicious than the typical Chinese food. It's not a ramen shop but a town Chinese restaurant. The stir-fried garlic sprouts and chicken wasn't too thick or greasy, and went well with the rice. If you go into it thinking of a modern ramen shop, there's a big difference, so perhaps it's better to think of it as an evolution of traditional Chinese food. I think I'll try eating the gyoza in the store instead of just taking out. The fried rice may be more delicious than Chotoku in Honkomagome. I really hope Watabe doesn't come lol

Although Ikomaken's Noren-Ware shops are now few and far between, they remain a valuable presence that continues to pass down the traditional taste of Ikomaken to the present day. I'm grateful that the restaurant continues to operate after 80 years of age, but the taste and content still impresses today. Posts that talk about amiability are hilarious.
