2021/05/06 (Thu) I went to Gyoza Houmai Nishi-Ogikubo store. We were brought to us by a person who has been eating organic food for 20 years without using pesticides or fertilizers. As he ate the grilled gyoza, he said, ``It's delicious. But if you're always eating exciting food, you'll probably feel it's lacking.'' The store was located in the shopping district in front of the station. There was a sale going on, and 43 pieces of gyoza were on sale for 900 yen, so the shumai was also a bargain. A smiling store clerk recommended it to me, so I bought it as well. They were very polite and included a sheet of paper with baking instructions. I baked it according to the recipe and it came out crispy and juicy easily. I couldn't eat it all, so I froze the rest. I’m looking forward to eating safe, secure, and fresh gyoza and pork shumai again ✨

To be honest, it will not be inferior to that famous sauce shop in Kagawa Prefecture. It's a small dumpling, but I think it's a very good balance between the crispy skin and the amount of ingredients that aren't too much. As long as you cook it correctly, you won't find gyoza with such high cost performance! At a sauce shop, if you ask for 50 pieces, it costs nearly 4000 yen including shipping, so forgive me if it doesn't taste good. However, Treasure Mai is 1000 yen for 43 pieces, and this quality. What are you dissatisfied with? I would like people who leave comments that they can't feel the sweetness of the vegetables or are like gourmets to reflect more deeply than the Mariana Trench.

We sell fresh and frozen gyoza, shumai, etc. The products seem to be made in the back of the store. Gyoza is convenient because there are a lot of frozen gyoza in it. The gyoza here have a firm skin and I think the filling inside is also delicious.
