When you make mapo tofu at home, even if you thicken it, it becomes smooth when it cools down. It's the same at Marumiya, but this one has a thick texture even when it's cold. Strong texture. How do you make it? Isn't it potato starch? I was surprised to find that the sweet and sour pork meat is made from pork belly blocks like those used for kakuni or chashu, and since it's so big, they give you a knife, and the image is different from regular sweet and sour pork, and for some reason it contains potatoes (lol) I like sweet and sour pork with pineapple, but it's a shame that it wasn't included.
