Handmade by the owner. I always buy it raw and bake it at home. It is also available frozen, so it is useful as a stock for side dishes. It's filling, so even 5 pieces per meal is enough as a side dish.

If you bake the dumplings at the store and take them home, they cover the dumplings and the vegetables lose their crunchiness, so they recommend baking them at home, so I bought some raw dumplings. I forgot to ask how to grill it, so I called and they kindly taught me how to grill it, and thanks to that, it was cooked perfectly, and the outside was crispy and the vegetables were crunchy! Is it the sweetness of the vegetables and meat? The balance is great! It's so delicious that I'm already addicted to it! The owner of the shop is also a very nice person and seems to be working alone, so I hope he takes care of himself and does his best for a long time!
