Stopped in there for the gyoza and came back twice in three days because of how good it was. Other meal was good too.

Great local place, with reasonable prices. It hardly shows up on any map app, but well worth the stop. Google lists as Chinese, but it's handmade gyoza shop (best I have ever had), traditional Ramen and a variety of noodle and fried rice dishes (Chinese influence). You know it's good when it's all locals wandering in, taking home and a few staying ans eating. The bar was all reserved for locals. If I ever come back to Tokyo, I will be back.

``Youngest child'' appears when you walk along Senzoku-dori towards Yoshiwara along the arcade. (It's probably an old-fashioned shopping street, with electronics stores and small shops lined up around it.) The youngest child is not able to make a reservation, but instead goes directly to the store and waits in line to enter. I heard that it has a long history of about 50 years, so I ordered two servings of their signature gyoza. The size of the gyoza is small, and one serving contains 5 pieces, so if you are two people, you can order two servings and still be able to order other things. The gyoza is perfectly grilled on a griddle, and the crispy parts and chewy skin of the gyoza give it a perfect texture. The bean paste on the gyoza was a little sweet and had a strange taste. (The chives or garlic are not harsh, but have a gentle taste.) In addition to the gyoza, I read other people's reviews and ordered fried rice with soup and a half-serving of the fastest pork shoulder loin chashu. The char siu on the menu was in chunks in the photo, so I was imagining the kind of char siu you would find on top of a ramen restaurant, but what came out was thinly sliced char siu like roast pork. . However, don't be fooled by this ordinary-looking, pale-sounding char siu. It was so moist that I had never eaten such moist chashu before, and even though it was thin, the meat had a nice texture to it. Although it was light, you could really taste the meat, and I understood the meaning behind the word "highest quality" on the menu. It is no exaggeration to say that this is the highest quality char siu, or even roast pork! (I don't know the difference between char siu and roast pork. lol) The fried rice with soup is also very delicious as the rice is neither sticky nor too hard! The rice is not sticky, but each grain is coated with oil, giving it the perfect amount of oil. And although it has a simple taste, it is not at all bland, and the seasoning gives it a proper "fried rice" taste. This is a simple fried rice made with only eggs and pork, but you can still enjoy the fried rice properly. (This may be by far the best fried rice I've had at a Chinese restaurant or ramen restaurant.) It seems to be a popular restaurant, so you may have to wait, but it's definitely a Chinese restaurant in town that you should definitely try. Thank you for the meal😋
