I got a set of tanmen (vegetable ramen) and half-fried rice. Vegetable ramen is powerful and very delicious. The balance of vegetables, hot water soup and lard is wonderful, and you can eat it until the end without the help of pepper and chili oil. It is rare and good "vegetable ramen" in such a bedroom town.

I actually went to Buta-san across the street, but it was closed, so I ended up going to this store. But it was a hit (lol) I ordered the gyoza set meal, and it was truly a "Chinese lunch for adults!" The large dumplings are meaty and juicy, the mapo tofu is authentic, the fried chicken is crispy, and it comes with fried rice instead of white rice, making you feel like a child again at the table. This time I wanted to order boiled dumplings and noodles as well.

While on a business trip, I researched this area and found Kyoka Gyoza. All the dishes we ordered were delicious! I have a business trip here again in March, so I'll definitely come back! I've been here many times since then. It's delicious every time! 2022.08.26
