Fujisawa no Machi Chuka has been in business for 75 years. I visited on a Sunday at noon, and there was a line of about 10 people, and the turnover was fast, so I was there in about 15 minutes. You will order and pay at the entrance and be guided to your seat. Recommended dishes include gomoku yakisoba, shrimp tempura, and grilled pork, all of which are colorful. I have used this service several times with my child in a stroller, and they have always treated me with great care. The Showa era atmosphere, taste, and customer service are all wonderful.
