Judging from this small plate, the owner probably likes alcohol, so I didn't try it this time, but I'm sure the cardamom shochu and lemon sour would also be delicious. As the sign says, the gyoza does not contain any chemical seasonings, which may be difficult to understand for people who are used to eating gyoza with a strong flavor. Since it does not use garlic or chives, you can feel the flavor of the pork and it is very filling. Gyoza made with high-quality pork that is fool-proof. Grilled just right. You can choose rice vinegar or black vinegar and season to your liking. The homemade chili oil also has a hint of Japanese pepper. It was a very delicious gyoza that I would especially recommend to women. Shumai is made on the spot and can be eaten piping hot. It's a bit of a wait, but it's also delicious. We recommend that you go (especially if you are coming from far away) with the understanding that the owner will be at your service, and that there may be times when the food is out of stock due to availability of ingredients or the fate of handmade items. It's not for everyone, both in terms of taste and atmosphere, but I really liked it so I'll be visiting again.

The owners, a friend and his wife, are open from 5:30pm every Wednesday. In addition to the standard gyoza, the dishes prepared every week with great care and attention are exquisite.💕They are so popular that you can even drink them while standing.❣️I was relieved to have a conversation with the friendly and fun couple.
