A gyoza specialty store with only fried gyoza and boiled gyoza on the menu! For lunch, I had the "Double Half Gyoza Set Meal" which included one serving of grilled gyoza and one serving of boiled gyoza. First, let's start with the fried gyoza! The moment you bite into it, the meat juices gush out. It has a rich flavor with a good kick of chives and garlic. The soup dumplings are served with a dipping sauce that has a sour citrus flavor. Gyoza wrapped in smooth and soft skin is easy to eat and has no taste. When I asked the staff at the restaurant, they told me that they use different skins and sizes for grilled and boiled dumplings.
