I went to this store many times when its name was Tohide. I came to the store for the first time around 2pm on a weekday after the name changed to Roman letters. Ordering is done using a touch panel, and there is a menu so it's easy to understand. Due to the time of day, there weren't many other customers, so I was able to sit wherever I wanted. The menu is extensive, but the prices are not that cheap. I ordered a single stir-fried wood ear mushroom egg in the Toshu set. It's freshly made, piping hot, and delicious, and the crunchy texture of the wood ear mushrooms is still the best. I couldn't resist ordering a soft drink since it was only 100 yen, but the quantity was small and came with a paper straw. What bothered me was the loud footsteps of the store clerk. It's a restaurant where you'll want to come back again because the taste is almost the same and delicious, and the portions are large.
