More Comments at Google MapBest service in Sagami. I found this little place when stationed at the depot. Family owned and operated, the food is second to none and the service is great.
I had to eat in a short time while I was at work, so I ordered by phone and specified a time to pick it up. The specified time is 5:00 p.m. The store opened at 5:30, but they were happy to accommodate me. After receiving the dumplings, I asked if I could borrow the table and bench outside the shop, and again they happily said they would be happy to use them. I had gyoza as a side dish with my wife's rice ball. Of course, the gyoza is delicious, but they even served tea and covered the table with a tablecloth for the customers who only paid a small amount for just one gyoza. When I tried to leave, they even tried to dispose of the garbage. It appears to be a mother and son, and their gentle personalities are evident on their faces. Of course I went there to enjoy the gyoza, but it was the kind of restaurant that made me want to meet the two of them. I asked again the next day. This time, we tried the signature menu, Tokon Gyoza, Garlic Stem Gyoza, seasonal green onion gyoza, and cheese gyoza. As a garlic lover, I liked the garlic stem dumplings. I also love that you can eat as much garlic as you like in a jar. The best recommendation is the sake tasting where you can enjoy three types of alcohol for 400 yen. I never thought you could drink Dassai, Kikuhime, and Bakuren for just 400 yen! "I've never seen a store like this before." The owner likes Japanese sake, so there are other delicious Japanese sake. In addition to dumplings, there is also an izakaya menu. I had the opening of the Pacific saury. Surprised by grated radish beyond imagination! I think this is the best paradise where you can meet the mother and the owner who have a warm personality and the taste of your mother.
I took out several types of gyoza and they were all very delicious. There are several seasonal menus, and the fukinotou and bamboo shoot gyoza are especially recommended. I am very impressed with the staff as they always treat me kindly.
