This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Yokohama right now. I've lived around Negishi Station for over 30 years, but since I first visited last year, I've started going there often. I usually go at night, so I start with gyoza and beer, but since it was noon today, I had more to go, so I ordered tanmen and gyoza. The filling of the gyoza is very finely chopped, giving it a fluffy and fluffy texture. It's also larger. Tanmen is full of vegetables and has the sweet taste of onions, making it a healthy dish for middle-aged and elderly people. Come to think of it, they also accept health-related requests and seem to offer more healthy items. By the way, the person next to me ordered yakisoba without chives. Next time I go, I want to drink Yoru beer and Shaoxing wine and enjoy some stir-fried food.

I love the people I work with at Negishi! I went there based on word of mouth. I couldn't see it from the street, so I didn't know until now. It wasn't pretty or fashionable, but there were a few tatami rooms and there were people with babies. It feels like a warm Negishi town restaurant (Chinese). There are many menu items that you can see and find interesting. This is a hidden restaurant in Negishi that serves gyoza, shumai, curry, fried rice, sanmamen, and other sets.

The fried rice with ankake sauce is excellent. By chance, I was wondering where to have lunch at Negishi Station and ended up at Miwa-san in the Taiko Building. This is an old shop that has been in business for almost 60 years. I immediately ordered the Ankake Fried Rice, which was recommended and caught my eye. The nostalgic taste of fried rice and the ankake (sweet and spicy pork and potato starch) were a perfect match, making it an addictive dish. I thought this would be good, so I ordered some gyoza as a souvenir to take home. This is also the best value for money (volume and price). Enjoy it at home with your family. My older brother, who is a picky eater, said something I had never heard before, saying, ``It's delicious.'' Actually, I found a good shop by chance. When I come to Negishi again, I will definitely go there again.
