Best dumplings I’ve had during my three-week tokyo trip! The staff are so friendly and the service is so quick! There is no English menu but looking at what others ordered seemed like the best way, and the dumplings we ended up getting were so good. Wish I found this place earlier!

I went to Marutora, a gyoza specialty store located near Kita-Urawa Station in Urawa City, Saitama Prefecture. I saw it being introduced on TV and went to try it out. This is a popular restaurant, so reservations are required. It was always full and there were often customers who couldn't get in. The owner gave candy to customers who couldn't get in, and he was a wonderful person. All of the gyoza I ordered were delicious, but the shiso gyoza was especially impressive. Thanks to the presence of shiso, it has a refreshing taste. There are many other variations of gyoza that you won't find at other stores, so I'd like to visit the store several times and try all of them.

Shiso gyoza was very delicious ◎ Also, it seems to be a shop where you can drink Kirin's first squeeze deliciously I ordered it with gyoza and it was the best. I was sitting near the entrance. As expected, it is a popular store, and customers came in droves. But after 19:00, as expected It seemed that those who did not make a reservation could not enter. Even then, I apologize politely I could feel the personality of the store clerk. I want to eat more dumplings I want to go again! !
