For those who like vegetable-based gyoza, this gyoza is definitely recommended. This store is located over 100km round trip from my home, but ever since I found out about this store, I have been going there once a month. It's a small shop that feels like it's run by a family. The first time I had ``grilled gyoza'' on the spot, I sometimes buy ``grilled gyoza'' because it's far from my house, but lately I've been exclusively buying ``raw gyoza'' and baking them at home. By the way, I like gyoza filled with vegetables at gyoza specialty restaurants in Utsunomiya, such as ``◯tsugu'' and ``◯minmin,'' so I often go there to eat them. However, ever since I found out about this restaurant, I have only been there once. The couple's conclusion was, ``Yeah? Isn't Hisa's gyoza more delicious?'' It costs 310 yen (tax included) per person, and includes 8 pieces of grilled gyoza and 9 pieces of fresh gyoza. The gyoza are much larger than those at those shops in Utsunomiya and have plenty of filling. It's a family-run shop, not mass-produced, so you can buy freshly wrapped gyoza or freshly baked gyoza, which makes the difference in taste. It's always made by the same person, so it's always delicious no matter when you buy it. With this much volume, the cost performance is also great. These dumplings are loaded with vegetables, so they are not suitable for those who are expecting meat juice. If you like vegetable gyoza, I recommend you try this at least once. The store is adjacent to a supermarket parking lot. This supermarket is also my favorite, so I always stop by Hisa-san's to buy after I buy at the supermarket. If you would like to eat on the spot, we have a small eat-in space available for you to use. In the photos, most of the dishes are baked at home, so they may not look as delicious. This may be because the amount of oil used is less than at the store. But it's delicious (^^)!

I bought a set of 8 baked. There is a small waiting room next to the store, I ate the fried dumplings I bought there. The delicious smell of poon and gyoza fills your heart. 8 gyoza dumplings per pack. It is baked in a golden fox color. The gyoza skin is rather thin. The browned part is crispy, The white part on the other side is mochiri. The gyoza filling inside is packed. A lot of Chinese chives and vegetables are included in these gyoza, which are healthy and not heavy. This is too delicious! We also sell frozen dumplings. It can also be shipped nationwide in a Styrofoam cooling box. Speaking of gyoza, it reminds me of Utsunomiya, The dumplings here are also second to none.
