Chinese restaurant in Fujimino town. Fried rice is delicious. Fluffy fried rice that is neither flimsy nor moist. The egg is fried so that it spreads all over the rice, and the egg is in between the rice. Because of that, fried rice is fluffy. I can hear the sound of the pan from the kitchen, so I think that's why it's so fluffy. The rice is cooked soft. The seasoning is very good and the saltiness is perfect. A lot of kamaboko and grilled pork are carved into about 2 mm squares. From these, it seems that umami and saltiness are coming out, and it is addictive. It is a Chinese restaurant that has a lot of menus and makes you want to go.

All are exquisite! I go there every Saturday, and every time I order a variety of ramen, fried rice, or stir-fried foods, I order toppings, and I've never found anything bad! I especially like the butter in soy sauce ramen, and if you slurp the soup as is and then melt the butter all over, it's even more delicious and you can enjoy the two flavors. Also, the noodles are mixed with butter and this is the best! Even though it's Chinese, it's Western-style!

I go to a nearby university, but I went to eat Kiichi's ramen when I was here. I will never forget the taste of the soy sauce ramen I ate for the first time. It's a pity that I won't be able to go there for a while as I will be graduating from university this year, but I would like to go there when I visit Fujimino again.
