I go there to eat every other day. It is run by a couple from Shenyang, China. A beautiful, tall woman who looks like a college model (maybe a relative?) comes to help after 6pm. The husband is always smiling as he prepares the food, and the wife is also smiling as she serves the customers and helps with the cooking. Of course, all the dishes are delicious! ️ I use it for dinner after work, but they also offer lunch at a low price. We also do takeout. Although it is far from the station, it is quiet and you can eat slowly. As far as I know, they don't seem to have any regular holidays.
