Ma Long Dumplings & Sangu Rei, located about a minute's walk from the east exit of JR Mabashi Station, is a Chinese restaurant where you can casually enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisine made with handmade ingredients. There are irregular holidays, so it's a good idea to check on Facebook. It was previously called Chinese Bar Sangurei, but it seems that the name was changed in conjunction with the 2019 renewal. Personally, I think of it as the ``Mabashi Checkpoint'' because when you get off at Mabashi Station, it's on the way home, so you can't help but stop by. After drinking here, I made a U-turn to the station and took a taxi home. When I visited around 6pm on a weekend, there were several customers in front of me inside the store, which could accommodate about 11 people at the counter and tables. There are only two of us, so we sit at a table in the back. Looking at the menu, when it was a chai bar there were over 10 pages of items, but now it's pretty simple with 3 pages of drinks and food plus a blackboard. Since the ingredients must be purchased, it is inevitable that the menu will be limited to a small number of elite menu items at private restaurants. I feel like if you tell them your budget in advance and ask for a banquet, they'll be able to provide you with traditional cuisine. *Medium bottle beer 570 yen Reasonably priced at approximately 1.1 yen per 1ml. And it comes with free nuts. It's easy to go if the alcohol is cheap. *Plate wonton (blue tang sauce) 480 yen The tangy green chili peppers and soy sauce sauce go perfectly with the chewy wontons. I really like this and order it almost every time I visit again. *Kuchizui chicken (drooling chicken) 650 yen The homemade chili oil on the steamed chicken gives it a nice spicy aroma. *Potato salad 380 yen Potato salad in Chinese. A comforting item with a handmade feel. *Kaku Highball 400 yen Previously, it was served in a glass, but now it's in a mug. I think we should welcome the fact that it has become more like an izakaya. *Masamune Dandan noodles 860 yen Thin noodles in a creamy soup with a hint of sesame seeds. The noodles lift the rich soup and make your mouth happy. By the way, the amount of noodles is about the same as a large serving at a normal ramen restaurant, so be careful if you're a small eater. *Salt ramen 760 yen Partner order. This salt and soy sauce ramen is based on a rich soup, so if you want to eat traditional, refreshing ramen, you should choose the Chinese noodles. Actually, I've visited several times since then and have always kept a bottle. Writing this makes me want to go again.

Really delicious Chinese food made with care. Once you eat Chinese food here, you won't want to eat anywhere else. There is only one owner, so it may take a while when it's crowded, but it's fun to drink and wait. Recommended for those who can enjoy it without worrying about time.

It's cheap and delicious. Recommended are mapo tofu, dandan noodles, and large gyoza. There isn't much on the menu, but everything is delicious. Night drinking is reasonably priced with few customers.
