Higashimatsuyama, Saitama, Japan｜Gyoza no Ohsho - Yaoko Higashimatsuyama

I ordered just-sized portions of double-pot meat, egg soup, and a small bowl of rice. I also divided the 6 gyoza into equal parts. The gyoza was delicious because the filling was delicious and the way it was grilled was skillful. The double-pot meat was just 2/3 of the size, but it was filled with sweet sweet soy sauce, fresh cabbage, and green onions.The pork was also properly fried and included onions. I recommend it because it's delicious and easy to eat. The egg soup was flavorful and the eggs were delicious. August 2022 I came back because I wanted to eat hot pot meat. It was still delicious.

2022/12/10 I had the mapo tofu set and fried chicken. The mapo tofu tasted a little off, so I adjusted it with pepper and chili oil and it was perfect. Other than that, it is of The King quality and there are no problems. However, perhaps because the staff is incompetent, the customer service is poor and the cooking is slow.
