This is a gyoza chain store that is loved in Saitama Prefecture. The filling has a crunchy texture and is chewy. Combined with the texture of the slightly thick skin, it is very delicious whether you eat it as fried or boiled dumplings. They also offer Chinese food, which is convenient and can be enjoyed while drinking alcohol. The price is also reasonable. This is one of the stores I would like to visit again.

I bought 20 frozen gyoza dumplings for 500 yen and baked them at home! It was a little burnt, but I think it turned out delicious. I liked the taste of the type with a firm skin.
