We had Hokuetsu Gyoza (raw) and Otoko Gyoza (frozen). The men's gyoza (raw) is only available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The manly gyoza had a punchy taste. Both have smooth skin and crunchy toppings, and are delicious either grilled or boiled. I felt that the crunchiness of the ingredients was better when grilled, and the smoothness of the skin was better when boiled. I was told that if I had it baked at the store, it would take about 8 minutes. Even when I took it home, it came with a sheet of paper with cooking instructions and recommended ways to eat it, making it easy and fun to cook. I tried it with ponzu sauce or vinegar + black pepper, but the gyoza itself was so perfect that it tasted best without any sauce. It has been very popular with my family and I am already receiving requests for more.

My whole family is a big fan of this gyoza. I am always grateful for your help! Our family is convinced that the gyoza is better than any other gyoza. (Maybe it's because I like thin skin.) My first encounter was at a branch in Minami-Nakano. I often saw this shop when I went to the Omiya area. Since it's called "Hokuetsu," I thought that someone from Echigo must be making gyoza using Echigo ingredients. The first time I found out about Kitakoshi was when I looked it up on Google when I was looking to buy fresh gyoza. Although I'm being presumptuous, why not try making "Kokoshi Gyoza"? "Kitakoshi Gyoza", "Kita! Koshi Gyoza", "Kita! Koshi! Gyoza" may also be good. It definitely looks like Hokuetsu. It's very delicious, so we recommend everyone to try it.

You can buy delicious gyoza. This is a takeout specialty store. The skin is thin but chewy, and the filling has a strong flavor. In addition to regular gyoza, they also have gyoza with a lot of garlic, manly gyoza, and Koshigaya green onion gyoza, so it's fun to choose. We also have fresh and frozen varieties, so you can choose whichever you prefer. Of course, if you buy it raw and can't eat it all, you can freeze it! It's delicious and easy, so I often buy a lot and freeze it! You can also purchase gyoza sauce. The store staff is always courteous and provides a pleasant shopping experience. I will continue to buy from now on☺️
