I wanted to eat Hamamatsu gyoza, so I was doing some research on the internet, and when I found out that Ishimatsu in Hamakita Ward was located near Mikawa Anjo Station, I decided to check it out. I knew that it contained a lot of vegetables and that it would be served with bean sprouts, but I didn't know until I tried it, so I came and had a look. As expected, this is a station where only the Kodama train stops, so the restaurant was about 40% full even during lunch time. The gyoza has quite a bit of garlic in it, so if you're used to gyoza with a strong garlic punch, you might not be satisfied with it. I think Hamamatsu gyoza has a different character from other gyoza, and you can enjoy a lot of refreshing flavors. Even if you eat a lot, the smell won't bother you. The taste is so refreshing that even women can eat it all up. By the way, please note that the bean sprouts that come with it are not salted. *When entering the store, you will be disinfected, your temperature will be measured without contact on your wrist, and you will be guided to your seat in accordance with social distancing.

The entrance to the store is from the Shinkansen platform. The photo of the plate surrounded by gyoza made me hungry. Inside, there is a horizontal table in the center and seats for four people around it. The lighting is bright and the energetic staff leave a good impression. It was my first time here, so I ordered it because I wanted to compare the flavors. Is it a new form that comes with bean sprouts? This is a restaurant you'll want to visit again when you're hungry. Thank you for the meal.
