Wow! These white gyoza were amazing 😍 I burnt my mouth, but I still recommend you try them when they are very hot! We came right after they opened for dinner; I think this is a good time to come. 20 was not enough because these were so delicious!

I came here for the first time in a while since I changed from my previous white gyoza to Kalit gyoza. The interior structure of the restaurant is almost the same as before, but during mealtimes there were few customers and the restaurant was empty. I think the reason there are so few customers is the gyoza itself. Compared to the white era, it feels a little small and elegant. Although the surface was crispy, there was no texture or taste typical of gyoza, and the gyoza itself had no taste. It feels like I'm eating some other dish similar to gyoza. To be honest, it lacks impact and is completely unsatisfactory. This time I only ordered the original, but I wonder what the others will be like. What's wrong with the fact that the tableware provided is disposable styrofoam? I think they are making up for the lack of manpower along with the food tickets, but isn't the tableware also part of the taste? That's all I'm losing. Knowing that it was at its peak more than 30 years ago, the current situation is regrettable. Personally, I wish the dumplings were so hot and big that it would burn your mouth if you ate them in a hurry.
