A gyoza shop specializing in takeout. It is considered to be one of Toyohashi's top three gyoza specialty shops. However, I mistakenly misunderstood that it was a regular holiday, and I had never been there before, but this was my first visit. A store with a sense of history, it has a very long-established feel. When you enter the store, the scent of garlic wafts through the air. I took some frozen gyoza home to have for dinner, and there were also some fried gyoza. Thick dough type of gyoza, this is Toyohashi gyoza! I think Toyohashi's soul food includes gyoza. It's hidden in the shadow of Hamamatsu Gyoza next door. Please attach the baking instructions and bake according to the instructions. I was worried whether an amateur would be able to bake it well, but it turned out beautifully. delicious! Contrary to its large appearance, the filling is plump with crunchy cabbage and a hint of garlic. This is a dangerous guy who can eat as many pieces as he wants. I was worried that the garlic smell would be too strong from the garlic smell coming from the store and from the bag when I took it home, but when I roasted it, it had the perfect balance. They also add sauce. Thank you for the meal! I'd like to buy some fried dumplings because I'd be curious to see how they would turn out if I had them fried by the staff at the store. You can use PayPay in addition to cash.

I got the frozen dumplings here from an acquaintance before. The gyoza I've eaten so far was a different dimension of deliciousness. I live in Nagoya, but it's worth going to Toyohashi just for this. Oh yeah, the dumplings here are about 1.8 times the size of regular gyoza dumplings.

It's chewy and super delicious. Little granny and granddaughter? is managed by It's a little hard to find because it's in a back alley, but I want to go again. I gave it to my relatives as a souvenir, and they loved it.
