Fresh dumplings have soft skin when baked, while frozen dumplings have crispy skin. It's very helpful since all you have to do is bake.

Meat-wrapped gyoza are so delicious! It contains shiso and is surprisingly light, so one person can eat about 20 of them! This is my favorite gyoza restaurant.

I bought it as a souvenir for home m(_ _)m I ate it right away! The sweetness of the cabbage and meat made it easy to eat! It was delicious😋(*´ч`*)
