(^^;)I was really lucky today as I had always wanted to eat freshly made food at a restaurant. This time, I ordered a gyoza set meal for ¥1,219 and a large bowl of rice for ¥90. Delicious garlic dumplings with freshly fried crispy skin and plenty of bean paste. It's also really good that it's piping hot. Repeat is confirmed. (≧∇≦)b

At the white gyoza shop, it's the best. The seventh gyoza shop in Kanazawa has fallen to the ground and I don't want to go there again, but at Shorin Gyoza, the owner seems to maintain the quality stubbornly. There is no amiability, but the taste is the best. You can eat it every day.

I went with a friend who lives nearby. Two people ordered 30 gyoza dumplings, 1 salad, 1 vinegar, and 2 draft beers! Please be aware that the salad is larger than expected (it feels like a heaping portion of a bowl of Omori Ramen)! It's a so-called white gyoza type, and it's a deep-fried gyoza dumpling. The white type has a thick skin and feels like a small fried bread, but the skin here is a little thin and crispy. The homemade skin and bean paste are delicious! When you stuff your cheeks with piping hot gyoza dumplings, the gravy comes out!
