Mobara, Chiba, Japan｜Gyozanoyukimatsu Mobaraten

I don't like meaty foods, so I liked the vegetable gyoza-like texture. It has a moderate garlic smell (I like garlic), but it doesn't linger in your mouth for long. I thought unattended sales were great. 2021.12 Purchased again. The expiry date is about 2 months, but it was already 1 month old. I took it from the center of the freezer where it was a little low. Perhaps they have lost their purchasing power. Since the gyoza is mainly made with cabbage and a bit of chives, it may feel like something is missing.

It was an unmanned sales office, so I was confused the first time. However, there is a video guide, so it's okay. I don't have change, so I can't buy anything unless I bring exactly the same. One set of gyoza is 1000 yen.

It's a popular item, and there were times when it was sold out. The garlic was effective and it was delicious.
