More Comments at Google MapThis is an authentic Taiwanese restaurant about 6 minutes by car from Kashima Shrine. It is run by a cheerful and friendly Taiwanese-Japanese couple and serves authentic Taiwanese and local food. I'm from Taiwan, and I think Taiwanese food that looks so good and delicious is one of the top five in Taiwan. The gyoza contains plenty of hand-cut ingredients and has an outstanding texture and taste. Paikohan was the most surprising. Paiko (Taiwanese pork cutlet with special sauce) had a beautiful deep-fried color that I had never seen before, and the taste was very delicious. (The correct pronunciation is pai-goo-han, as written on the restaurant's menu, but it seems to be known as pai-ko-han in Japan.) I ordered one chimaki to take home, but I was surprised at how big it was. It had a lot of ingredients inside and was very delicious. I've lived in Japan for about 5 years, and I've been to many Taiwanese and Chinese restaurants, but I think this one is the most delicious and I'd recommend it to everyone!
Parking is available in front of the store. There is also a stand for road bikes, which is also recommended for cyclists. It's cheap at 660 yen for 10 boiled dumplings and 880 yen for 10 grilled dumplings. The fried rice noodles are quite thin. There are many counters inside the restaurant, and there are only three tables for two people, so please be careful if you are going in a large group.
Lou Lohan and dumplings! This is what I recommend Gyoza for 2 people and rice set is also good ~ ♫ Both are hearty and fill you up.
