I haven't used Gindako for the first time in half a year, so I can't tell if the recipe has been renewed or if the Chuorinkan store is better at making takoyaki than other stores, but I was very impressed when I took it home and ate it, so I posted it.

Other stores had a very pleasant phone response while feeling bad. A store that is pleasant to deal with is definitely a good store.
