I've never eaten Osaka's takoyaki, so I can't compare it, but it was crunchy and delicious. First of all, the unglazed food is delicious. The sauce and salt mayo were also delicious. My husband seems to like the salted mayo. The staff at the restaurant, who are all run by themselves, are friendly and accommodating, and there are many counter seats in the small interior, so it might be a good idea to go alone. I will definitely go eat there again! !

This is Koiwa's famous takoyaki restaurant, run by comedian Kirin Tamura's older brother. The takoyaki that my brother bakes is very delicious and has a melty inside! And there are many types. Sauce mayo, soy sauce mayo, salt mayo, mentaiko mayo, corn mayo, bisque. Other than unglazed and mentaiko mayo, you can also order without mayo. We also recommend that you order a set of 8 and you can have it half and half. (Some items, such as limited-time menu items, may not be available.) And on the day I visited, they had ``dashi'' available for a limited time only. Like Akashiyaki, the takoyaki is served with dashi, but the dashi was delicious enough to drink as is, so much so that I wanted a replacement. In addition, Takoda Shingen allows you to eat and drink inside. When refilling your drink, if you say ``just keep the glass,'' they will give you a 20 yen discount from your second drink. Even though it's cheap to order normally, the service is very Osaka-like😊 It takes a long time to make takoyaki, so you may have to wait up to 25 to 35 minutes, but you can either grab something to eat while you wait inside the store, or order in advance and go to Yamaichi, the supermarket across the street. I think it would be more efficient to pick it up on your way home after shopping. Also, the brother's lighthearted talk made me feel comfortable, and it was a warm and wonderful restaurant that satisfied both my stomach and my heart.
