The atmosphere is not so much customer service as it is a fun shop where you can have fun conversations.As the reviews say, this is a fun shop that is even more fun than that. Great taste! Addictive! The best quality takoyaki, available in limited quantity each day, was the best. When I heard that Yuzupon's sauce dough is different, they change the way they grill it depending on the menu 👀 It was a restaurant with a lot of attention to detail! I bought three dishes: sauce, soy sauce, and devil mayo, which are sold out quickly, and the takoyaki here was extremely delicious to say the least! Since they don't make the food in advance, it takes a while for it to be baked, so I had a nice chat with the friendly owner while I waited. The owner of this restaurant was very particular about the dough, sauce, toppings, and other ingredients to provide delicious takoyaki. For example, they change the degree of grilling depending on the menu, and they go out of their way to serve soy sauce separately so that it can be added just before eating. I started off with the ``sauce'' of this takoyaki, which was made with such special care, and it was really delicious. Anyway, the dough is extremely delicious. The flavor of the soup stock and the deliciousness of the octopus spread in your mouth. Each piece is large, perfectly grilled with a golden brown on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, making it absolutely delicious even without the sauce. On top of that, there's a unique combination of mellow sauce and mayonnaise that is particular about the taste, as well as plenty of green onions, dried bonito flakes, and pickled ginger. I'm sure it's delicious. Of course, there's no reason why soy sauce and devil mayo, which is made with addictive garlic, aren't delicious. My wife and I both highly praised it.
