Handa, Aichi, Japan｜Takayan

Since I came to Handa City, I searched for my favorite delicious takoyaki restaurant, found this place, and brought it to me! I discovered a cute Japanese-style shop that suddenly appeared in the middle of a slope in a residential area. There are several parking spaces available in front of the store. After looking at the menu, I decided on the ``Ganso Soy Sauce'' and ``Negi Deluxe.'' They grill them after you order them, so as I sat and waited in the eat-in space, I could tell that they were freshly grilled, small and plump, and delicious. Introducing Takoyaki! The takoyaki was so fluffy and hot that it would fall apart if you poked it with a toothpick, so I used two of them and ate them like chopsticks. The soy sauce has a good effect and I really like it! The green onion deluxe had mayonnaise on it, but it was so creamy that you didn't notice the sourness, and it was also very delicious. This size is good and easy to eat! I stuffed my cheeks with fear of getting burnt, but it's small so it's safe (lol) I was able to find a store that I would like to visit if I ever come to Handa City again. It was a feast! (Updated / 2021.08) If you call in advance of your arrival, they will bake it for you, so you can buy it without waiting.

I prefer sauce and mayo when making takoyaki, but this one is delicious and has a lot of flavor even when eaten as is. I ate it all up. In response to the rise in the price of octopus, it seems that ``Butakoyaki'' containing boiled pork will start. Personally, I thought pork would go well with it, so I have high expectations.

When I was little, I saw a sign that said ``Japan's No. 1'' so I knew I lived near a great store! That's what I thought. I love the consistent taste.
