"Takoyaki shop" that I've been interested in for a long time. It's interesting that the shop name is just like that (laughs). It is a shop next to the parking lot of Seven. I wasn't sure if I should go with sauce or soy sauce for takoyaki, but when I asked Oba-chan what she recommends, she said, "Many people bring their takoyaki home with the sauce," so I went with the sauce. Also, I ordered okonomiyaki and mitarashi dumplings, but they were sold out on that day. According to my uncle, the mitarashi dumplings are not made in advance and are baked after receiving an order, so please look forward to the next time. Takoyaki is a dumpling type with a lot of wheat. The dashi stock is moderately effective, and it goes well with the sticky sauce that soaks into it. Soy sauce would be good, but I thought I'd try plain next time. Also, okonomiyaki is a type that mixes ordinary ingredients and is baked, but it is delicious. Actually, what I liked this time more than takoyaki was okonomiyaki. This is also a lot of wheat The dust dough. The flavor and umami of squid, fried eggs, and green onions are effective, and the pork is rich, and it is quite good to eat. This time I had takoyaki, so I left half of the okonomiyaki and ate it at night. Since the sauce is applied to the inside of the fold, next time I will try to order it plain without the sauce on the surface. Yakisoba looks delicious, and Oba-chan and Oji-chan are friendly and talk to me like they've known me for a long time, so I found a good shop. When I visited today, they served me two takoyaki. There are 3 flavors: soy sauce, sauce, and super spicy sauce. It is topped with dashi powder and green seaweed, and is a speck of takoyaki similar to Takokiyo, which is famous in the neighborhood. The difference is that the outside is less crispy than Takosei, and the inside is more moist (more flour). The taste is lighter than Takokiyo. Is this octopus bigger? It costs more than Takokiyo, but it depends on which one you prefer. Personally, I prefer the takoyaki restaurant because of the personalities of my mother and father (lol).
