I visited a takoyaki shop in Atsuta Ward, Nagoya City around 12:00 on a weekday. I ordered this menu. ★Takoyaki 10 pieces 500 yen ○ The delicious taste of cabbage and soy sauce makes you addictive There is no dedicated parking lot for the store, and there is no eat-in space, so it is only for takeout. Two customers were waiting, but due to bad timing, they waited about 15 minutes before they were handed the item. I received it right away in the car, and it was freshly baked and extremely hot. I've used it several times in the past, but this was the first time it was freshly baked and piping hot. The crispy texture of the cabbage remains, and the octopus has a strong presence in the creamy dough. It has a slight soy sauce flavor and a fragrant flavor, which is what Nagoya-yaki is all about. The secret to deliciousness is dried cabbage😋 A true Nagoya-style legend! The soy sauce is sparing, and it goes really well. I think it will taste better even if it cools down if you open the package early and let the steam escape 🤤 I buy 50 pieces each time, and they run out quickly.
