This is a very easily accessible store right in front of Keisei Okubo Station. I like takoyaki and sake, so I went there. The bright and stylish interior of the store is clean and very comfortable. The takoyaki here seems to use organic wheat from Hokkaido and natural raw octopus, making it a unique takoyaki shop that you won't find at other stores. What's more, the food is cooked right in front of you after you order, so you can eat it hot and fresh. On this day, I ordered wasabi, sauce, and beef tendon stew. While you wait, you can watch the takoyaki being carefully grilled while drinking alcohol. Each finished takoyaki is large in size and has a lot of volume. The outside of the dough is fluffy and elastic, and the inside is chewy and melts easily. The takoyaki was full of the flavor of the dough, and the flavors of the soup stock, egg, and wheat were further enhanced by the salt and wasabi. Also, the octopus is large and not overcooked, so you can feel the freshness. I felt that the slightly sweet sauce and mayonnaise went perfectly with the fluffy takoyaki. Also, at other stores, the fabric smells like iron from the griddle, but there was no smell from the griddle at all, and it felt like the food was being grilled gently. The beef tendon stew was delicious, with the thickly stewed beef tendon going well with the rich and flavorful yet light soup. I think the takoyaki here has a really delicious texture without being masked by the taste of the sauce.It's a Japanese taste that foreigners should also get off the train on their way from Narita to Tokyo and try it.

Takoyaki's takoyaki is made with organic ingredients, and the dough is just too delicious. I ordered takoyaki salt, sauce, and Kujo green onion. The takoyaki is large, fluffy and melty, and you can enjoy the harmony of the delicate dough and octopus. There is no powdery smell at all. I used to love takoyaki so much that I often went from Kanto to Osaka to eat takoyaki, but I don't think I'll ever find anything better than the takoyaki here. Even though it's in Chiba, it's a store I want to go to. Furthermore, the tuna sashimi is also very delicious. The drinks at this shop are mostly organic, and you can feel the owner's commitment to everything from the tea to the alcoholic beverages. It's rare to find a takoyaki restaurant where no matter what you eat, it's delicious. Takoyaki lovers should definitely go.

Organic Takoyaki in front of Keisei Okubo Station. Every menu is exquisite, with attention to detail in the ingredients. To be honest, I have never eaten takoyaki better than here. Recommended 😁
