“Fast and Fine” is definition of the Pasta Restaurant, with Japanese style of services and servings. I have no idea how to compare this Japanese-Italian fusion food with other fast-food around here. If you are looking for value meal and large dish. I recommended this place.

Interesting way of having pasta dish in a restaurant. Similar to some local ramen bar, you get to sit at the counter and watch the staff preparing your food. The way the pasta was cooked like stir fried noodles (pan fried, high flame/ raw egg on top of a carbonara ). Pasta sauce doesn’t taste too fat/heavy. Very different from the ones I have tasted in western country but it’s altered in a very good way. For $680 yen, its bang for buck.
