Kagurazaka/Italian cuisine [MARIO] I visited on May 18, 2020. Lunch is very cheap and delicious 😋 The tomato rice omelette rice (650 yen including tax) with sausage pancetta is exquisite. Today I had a set meal of my favorite Hokkai true flounder and grilled eggplant (790 yen). The rice was ten grain rice and the carrot lapé was delicious. What I particularly liked was the employees, who served customers with a smile even though they were busy.
As expected from Kagurazaka, this is a Western restaurant that feels like a famous back alley restaurant. For lunch, there are over 10 types of regular menu items and daily specials! The regular "Pork Katsu Napolitan" (690 yen) is a pork cutlet on top of a large amount of Napolitan🍝 A naughty menu like what I dreamed of when I was a junior high school student 😆 There is also a healthy Japanese lunch (790 yen) with a choice of ten-grain rice, which is rich in variety. This shop is loved by the locals, and you can see a dandy old man sitting at the counter saying, ``It's the usual.'' 2020/10/12 P.S. I ordered the Japanese lunch set Tonkatsu (790 yen) for the first time, and was surprised at how thick it was! Is it about 4 cm? It's very soft, fatty and delicious. The wait is a little longer than other menus, but if you have time, please come by ☺️
