More Comments at Google MapI ordered the grilled carbonara, and there was a big powdered cheese on the table for self-topping. Medium-thick noodles, perfect for eating with a fork. It was like the latest version of standing soba (sitting), and it was fun to eat. A system where customers wipe themselves with a dish towel on the table after eating.
I received a bowl of bokkake and a salad. I was grateful because I wanted to have a quick lunch around 4pm on a public holiday. The seasoning of the noodles was Japanese-style and delicious. I did the self-checkout first, but the card machine wasn't very responsive so it took a while.
It's probably a personal preference, but I love Neapolitan, which has a strong ketchup flavor. The store has about 10 counter seats facing the aisle. Although it was a Sunday, I was able to analyze that the reason why the place was full and there was no long line was because of the volume and the specialty of the spaghetti. In addition to Neapolitan, the menu includes meat sauce, mentaiko, etc., but since it was my first time using it, I couldn't focus on anything other than Neapolitan. On this day, I had a special 700g Neapolitan and was very satisfied with the strong ketchup taste. Perhaps it's a recent trend, but these types of shops often have komatsuna chopped into pieces. It's not that I don't like them, but I prefer green peppers. There are cheese and condiments on the table, and although the taste of Neapolitan is very delicious, I feel that it cannot surpass Pancho in terms of toppings, price, and seasoning.
