What a gem of a place! I loved people watching and seeing part of the tokyo tower outside the windows. The owner is the sweetest person and was very patient with our google translating. He has an English menu (though I think it’s an old version). The toast was buttery goodness and salad with onion dressing was so cheap at 100yen! Torako pasta was delicious. Would love to try the curry pasta next time!

Amazing. I had the curry pasta and for ¥1,100 it is an absolute steal. Great service, cozy atmosphere, and overall nice time.
