We were looking for breakfast prior to heading to the airport, and found SUN near the Uguisudani Station. The owner was incredibly friendly, and helped us understand the menu. We ordered the 700 YEN pasta set which came with a salad and coffee. The pasta was not only delicious but also came in a generous portion with toasted bread. I enjoyed my neopolitan with garlic very much, and so did my partner with his salmon cream pasta. The owner has a cool vibe and great music taste!

I had the Neapolitan for lunch (regular size, garlic topping, iced coffee). I was surprised by the system as it was my first time seeing it. Especially since I've never tried Neapolitan's toppings, either garlic or honey. My companion and I each ordered one and exchanged them. In the case of garlic, it packs a punch and has a flavor reminiscent of abura soba or arrabbiata. In the case of honey, the sourness of the tomatoes is alleviated, giving it a taste similar to Margherita pizza. The ingredients are classic sausages, green peppers, and onions. The noodles are thick and soft when boiled. It's well balanced. There was powdered cheese, Tabasco, and powdered sugar on the table. After your meal, you can choose coffee, tea, iced, or hot.
