A shop that caught my attention while passing by Fujimidai Station, first visit for lunch ^_^ I ordered pasta with avocado, mozzarella, and fresh tomatoes in Junova sauce as part of the lunch salad set. Seeing the chef's beautiful movements, I wanted to try some dessert, so I ordered an additional panna cotta, my favorite. The homemade dressing for the salad was slightly sweet and rich ^_^ It went well with the vegetables. The pasta was amazing, with the perfect amount of salt to bring out the flavor of the ingredients and the melty mozzarella cheese. As for dessert, I'm glad I ordered it ^_^ Panna cotta with a rich milk flavor that hits the gap between solid and liquid on a plate beautifully decorated with fruits! I definitely want to eat this again. I found a good shop ^_^

I mainly use the night menu. I forget the name of the menu, but I especially like the gratin dishes (shrimp in white sauce, cheek meat in meat sauce) and order them every time. The bread that comes with the delicious sauce goes well with it. The homemade bacon is also delicious and has a meaty texture that makes you want to eat it regularly.

If you order pasta, I definitely recommend "Fresh pasta"! Very satisfied with a lot of ingredients Both the chef and the waitress have a good impression ^ _ ^ I should have come sooner~^_^
