A delightful traditional retro coffee shop that is popular with the locals. It has been running for over 45 years!! The coffee is great and the food is obviously fantastic too, but more than anything the atmosphere, the service and the beautiful natural lighting in the morning are what makes this place so special. A true hidden gem.

I've always wondered about it every time I passed by, but it seemed like smoking was allowed, so I didn't ask. It was said that smoking was completely banned this time, so I was finally able to visit in the morning. I visited here after 8:00 on a Sunday, and there were already several elderly people who seemed to be regulars, and after that, customers came one after another, so it seemed like a popular restaurant. It looks like an old-fashioned pure cafe, but the floors and tables are clean and there is a sense of cleanliness. The inside of the shop is L-shaped, and there are about 6 table seats in front. There are several table seats at the end of the bend, a counter and a restroom, and it is surprisingly large. On this day, the mother was in charge of cooking at the counter, and a young woman who seemed to be her daughter was in charge of the hall. Morning set (coffee, toast, boiled egg) Ordered 500 yen. I wasn't sure about unglazed toast, so I added jam for an additional 50 yen. The coffee is delicious with a faint acidity. The toast was thick and well buttered inside. Satisfaction that there was no additional jam. I was surprised that the boiled eggs were very easy to peel, probably because they had cracks in them. It was a nice coffee shop with a comfortable atmosphere. Next time I'd like to visit you slowly in the afternoon with a book.
