All four of our family visited here for my husband's birthday! Everyone was so excited to hear the hamburger steak delivered to them with a sizzling sound on an iron plate! LOL The fried shrimp was perfectly grilled, the vegetables were delicious, and it looked gorgeous! After the meal, they served homemade pudding with a happy birthday plate. The glass of wine was also the chef's choice and was very delicious.

I have probably never been so moved by eating a hamburger steak. I went there thinking it would be delicious, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a result that floats somewhere above, or rather above, expectations. I may be exaggerating, but personally, this is definitely the best hamburger set meal I've ever had. No, it's at the top of all food rankings. First, I tasted the three types of sauces that were served to me and was convinced of the master's skill and dedication. The hamburger sauce probably uses gravy, but it's rich and not too salty, and the pepper is quite effective, making it feel like you'd want to eat white rice with just this. Shiba-zuke tartar is actually quite good. The balance with the mayo is exquisite. The radish (?) sauce is a masterpiece with a soft aroma of bonito stock. I think they exposed finely chopped daikon radish, squeezed it, and marinated it in the dashi stock and ponzu sauce. I don't really understand. Elegant and deep flavor. No spiciness, very lightly salty, slightly sour, and strong umami. The salad that came next was not only fresh, but I was also impressed by the Valencia orange dressing. The scent of orange, bitterness, gentle sweetness, and slight sourness create a picture-perfect result. I'm already happy before the main course. What is this! So, hamburger. I chose Yamayuri pork and Tsure chose Wagyu beef. Both connections, seasoning, and grilling were perfect. As expected from a professional. Of course I can't imitate it. I guess they are also particular about the parts used. It has a good balance of redness and fat, and although it's full of flavor, it's not greasy at all, and it's still juicy. It's delicious as is, even without the super delicious sauce mentioned above. You can also enjoy various flavors with the sauce. It wasn't great, but I ended up drinking up the leftover sauce. The fried shrimp chosen as a topping is also excellent. It's been a long time since I've eaten delicious fried shrimp. The vegetables and oyster mushrooms that come with the dish are cooked perfectly and the appearance is impeccable. The ultimate is Neapolitan! A tomato sauce full of flavor that you can instantly tell is original. Slightly sweet and rich, yet without any unpleasant taste. Both I and Tsure have a unique flavor that seems to be made with Western alcohol. But it seems like they don't use any of those things. You described it as a "complex" taste, but this is an adult taste that is completely impossible to reproduce. Both jasmine tea and black tea are of the quality that comes from a specialty store. I'm just disappointed in the lack of compromise. The quality of the food here is such that it would cost more than double the price if it were in Tokyo. Although it takes two hours from my home, it is a store that I definitely want to visit again. Thank you for the meal.
