When I ordered, I thought that what the adults ordered would be served first, and the carbonara that the child ordered would come out, but the person in the kitchen told the person taking the order not to take the order even though there were no eggs. I came to the floor to say, ``I don't have any eggs.'' I can hear it all the way here. The person taking our order apologized, took the menu and suggested we order something else. When I showed my child the pasta with cream sauce from the kids menu, he said it was fine, so I asked him if it could be served on a regular plate, but someone from the kitchen came out from the back and said that wasn't possible and told me otherwise. I have proposed a similar menu. My child loves carbonara and wanted to go to Donna's to eat it, so I was told that she couldn't have pasta with a compromised cream sauce, and she didn't like being changed to something else, so I decided to try something else instead. I suggested we go to the store. When I was having trouble, a female clerk told me to wait a little while she would buy some eggs, so I accepted her advice. I didn't realize that I was running out of ingredients until this point. I think this is the kitchen's responsibility. However, I didn't even apologize, and I didn't like that the person who seemed to be the part-time worker who took the order had to apologize. I think the right thing to do would have been for him to apologize himself if he had just come out of the kitchen.
