I went to eat with my family of three. Fresh pasta has a chewy texture! It was delicious. I am really curious about this so I have to write about it. When I ordered, I thought that what the adults ordered would be served first, and the carbonara that the child ordered would come out, but the person in the kitchen told the person taking the order not to take the order even though there were no eggs. I came to the floor to say, ``I don't have any eggs.'' I can hear it all the way here. The person taking our order apologized, took the menu and suggested we order something else. When I showed my child the pasta with cream sauce from the kids menu, he said it was fine, so I asked him if it could be served on a regular plate, but someone from the kitchen came out from the back and said that wasn't possible and told me otherwise. I have proposed a similar menu. My child loves carbonara and wanted to go to Donna's to eat it, so I was told that she couldn't have pasta with a compromised cream sauce, and she didn't like being changed to something else, so I decided to try something else instead. I suggested we go to the store. When I was having trouble, a female clerk told me to wait a little while she would buy some eggs, so I accepted her advice. If I hadn't received this response, I would have just paid for the salad, soup, and drink I was working on and left the store. Thank you for your response. In the first place, I don't think the people taking orders on the floor are able to know whether the food is available or not. Communicate orders received from customers to the kitchen. At this point, you will understand if there are no eggs. I made the dishes in order, taking into account the serving time, and when I finally tried to make a menu that would take less time, I realized that there were no eggs. I didn't realize that I was running out of ingredients until this point. I think this is the kitchen's responsibility. However, I didn't even apologize, and I didn't like that the person who seemed to be the part-time worker who took the order had to apologize. I think the right thing to do would have been for him to apologize himself if he had just come out of the kitchen. To be more specific, I entered the store after 5:30pm, so I wonder if it's okay if they don't have enough ingredients at a time when there will be a lot of customers. The food was delicious and the staff on the floor were great, so I won't lower my rating. I did not feel the sincerity of the kitchen staff, so I deducted points only for the atmosphere.

I sometimes come to lunch. The fresh pasta is thin, and personally I like it a little harder, but it's within an acceptable range. The saltiness is just right, and you won't feel like you want more salt halfway through. There are always very kind and attentive staff members. I've only ever eaten pasta, so I don't know about other dishes, but I'd like to try it next time.
