At around 18:10 on Saturday, the three of us enjoyed pasta at Harappa on the 5th floor of Monterey of the JR Takasaki Station building. Actually, I learned that Takasaki City is famous for its pasta♪ I didn't know that Takasaki pasta was famous♪ On this day, I took the steam locomotive "SL Gunma Minakami" from JR Takasaki Station to Minakami Station with my friends and enjoyed the view from the train window. After enjoying the street piano at the east exit of the station, I enjoyed Takasaki pasta at Harappa♪ As expected, it's a popular store, and we waited in line for about 30 minutes to finally get inside. I talked to the customer next to me when I was in line, but it seems that the main store is separate, and this store seems to line up quite a bit during lunch. My friend who lives in Takasaki also said that he often uses this shop. Before entering the restaurant, I carefully looked at the menu, but there are many types of pasta, and it is quite difficult to choose which one. Takasaki Pasta seems to be characterized by its many types of pasta, including tomato sauce and seafood. Also, this restaurant was great because you could choose not only dried noodles but also fresh noodles♪ I love raw noodles so I was very happy. After thinking about it, I decided to compare the taste with the same pasta from "Tomina" in Toyosu Market, so I chose 150g of raw noodles with blue crab tomato sauce and the "Pasta & Beer Set", which is only available after 4pm. 1,815 yen including tax♪ This set includes pasta of your choice with draft beer (Heartland) and a fresh mini salad. This store has a wide variety of sets, and it's great that the sets come at a great value. The inside of the store is bright and beautiful, but it is surprisingly small. There are 6 seats at the counter and 6 seats for 2 people. Salad and Heartland beer will be brought soon ♪ As expected, the salad is fresh and moderately cold, with lettuce, cabbage, dried garlic, and a delicious dressing. It was a hot day, so the Heartland Beer tasted so good♪ I'm happy♪ And about 5 minutes later, the pasta was brought ♪ Oh, the legs are filled with plenty of blue crabs, and the sauce is rich with crab extract, and it's delicious♪ I'm happy that the sauce is quite abundant in the plate ♪ Of course, the raw noodles were firm and soft, and they were delicious too! The mozzarella cheese and basil tomato sauce that my friends chose, and the seafood-filled Bellovista pasta with tomato cream sauce also looked delicious♪ In addition, I was able to use a credit card for payment, so it was easy to pay. "Harappa" is conveniently located on the 5th floor of the JR Takasaki Station building, and is a bright and clean store where you can enjoy Takasaki's specialty, Takasaki pasta.
