On Friday, August 4, 2023, I visited Shinke Shokudo for lunch. It was a hot day, but the inside of the store was air-conditioned and it felt good. The shop has table seats and terrace seats. The customer base is a wide range of men and women of all ages, but there were many women. Lunch time was crowded. JAZZ was playing in the store. When we sat down at our table, we were served cold water and cold towels. The customer service was also good with a smiley and efficient staff. There is also a takeout service. I ate Neapolitan from the lunch menu. It comes with salad, soup, and a drink for 1,000 yen including tax. The drink was iced coffee. The salad had lettuce with a seasoned and flavorful dressing. The soup was cold onion soup. The onions have a sweet taste, and the soup has umami and flavor. Neapolitan ingredients are onions, sausages, etc., covered with green seaweed and served with baguettes. The sauce is orange instead of red and sticks to the pasta. The pasta is thick and chewy, and the sauce has a refreshing acidity, sweetness and umami. When the habanero sauce changed the taste, the spiciness and umami of the habanero were added. The sweetness of onions and the flavor of sausage are also good. After I finished eating, I put the remaining sauce on the baguette. The iced coffee after the meal had a good flavor with bitterness and aroma. It was delicious.

Flat, the shop I entered. There was only one female staff member who was very nice. she is so nice! The hamburger steak is on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 15 people, so it's a pity that I couldn't eat it.

I had pudding🍮coffee☕ with the Neapolitan large dessert set. Neapolitan is creamy and voluminous! It was delicious. The pudding was a classic hard type and delicious 😋 The terrace seats were hot due to pollen. Let's be careful. The hamburger steak was sold out, so I want to try it next time!
